Depends on your budget and what you are currently searching to get done, there are super good hair salons here that will charge you 20+ for a cut, wash and styling whereas there are very upscale ones that for that same service they will surcharge you 20,000won extra.
I’d say Juno Hair, Aveda and other chains are good for a nice cut, styling etc. But if you want to get your hair permed, bleached etc.. I would go to the Russian salons or The Days Hair run by Dean (super lovely guy btw)
