Hi, I don’t think it works every time of the year. I went there twice during summer and it was closed, however I dont really know if they were just remodeling it or something during that time. But then I was there this year (in winter), and it was working. I wouldnt be surprised if it only works in winter cause many attractions in Korea are like that. For example aquatic park “California Beach” in Gyeongju only works in summer.
