Aside from Skyscanner I can tell you that T-way and Jeju Air are very good options for you to compare prices and check directly with airlines. Those two are korean low cost airlines, and i have very good experiences with them.

Yeah, it’s very useful. You can get round trip tickets in like 70.000 KRW , even if it’s far. I recently traveled Busan-Seoul-Busan for 45.000 KRW

I agree, install the Jeju Air app on your phone for points and discounts. I just came back from Jeju and I bought my tix on the Jeju Air app for $90. Make sure you pay attention while you install it to make sure you install it in English unless you can read Hangul.
