Is having a TOPIK score required for graduating from university?
I heard some universities expect students to have at least TOPIK 4 to be eligible to graduate. Is this true?

Yes, in my case, it’s true.
I have to have TOPIK 4 to graduate, though my classes are entirely in ENGLISH.
But different university/major may have different requirements. So you have to ask.
