What should I wear to a job interview in Korea, and how does it differ from the States?

In Korea specially if you are applying for a big company, looks are very important. Dress very formal with pretty blouse without too many patterns or designs pair it with a pencil skirt or slacks. dresses are highly encouraged too but only those who cover your shoulders and the length goes bellow your knee. Try to keep the colours very neutral.
